This is where many of the girls in one of Australia’s largest (and most well known) free range egg farm slept last night. There’s not enough room on the steel perches inside for up to 60 thousand birds and there is no straw anywhere for them to get comfy in.I hope your night was more comfortable than theirs.

How to make a chicken salad - Animals Unleashed

Tonight I tried Sanitarium’s Sweet Chilli and Lime Thai Cakes and they were surprisingly tasty. I served them with a beetroot and sweet corn salad and an onion, cucumber and capsicum guacamole.
